I am a big fan of systemising as many processes in my business as possible. The more I don’t have to think about things the better I function. One area I struggle with is sending thank you gifts. I have many clients and other people who refer business to me regularly and I love to show my thanks. I also like to celebrate the anniversaries of all my clients who are on our reminder service. Every time an event comes up, I falter. I want to do something awesome but waste so much time googling and researching and covering the same ground again and again.
I decided I needed a list of a few awesome places that would stop me from running around in circles. They vary from flowers to food and when appropriate our very own cupcakes. Here is my list of the easiest and fabulous things that I go to when I want to say thank you.
1. POCO POSY
One of the hardest things about ordering flowers is choosing something that is fabulous but doesn’t cost the earth. I found Poco Posy after a chance meeting with the owner Bec, at an event for International Women’s Day. They offer amazing bouquets at a reasonable price and deliver from the Sunshine Coast through Brisbane and down the Gold Coast. The best thing, there is no chance of decision fatigue. Their bouquets are selected fresh each day and come in 3 sizes. All you have to do is pick a size.
Personalised cupcakes hand delivered to your clients. Each box contains a mix of four flavours. Choose a box size and have it delivered anywhere in Brisbane. Personalise it with a message or logo.
3. THE HAMPER BOX
Do you need something for someone who is health conscious? These fruit boxes have an awesome mix of fruit and you can add tea, bubbles or some sweet treats. Perfect for sending to a whole office to share.
4. PALOMA CANDY
Perfect for tailoring to your clients sweet tooth. Gorgeous little boxes of sweets. Choose a few or order a gift box.
No need to stress when you want to say thanks. Create a list of a few favourites, bookmark them and then use then when needed. One tip, order each product for yourself first so you see how they are sent and how they are received. Then you know you are in safe hands.
