I always thought everyone could bake. I mean, it’s not hard right? WRONG! I have learnt that not only was I dead wrong but people appreciate something made by hand and with love. I worked in the big bad corporate world for many years and the reaction my cakes got always surprised me. To me it was just a cake, but to everyone else it meant so much more.
